1. Better Your Perceptions
Many individuals get so busy with life tasks that they become oblivious to everything around them. However, there are many small details that we may not notice yet our subconscious mind notices them and then forms hunches or instincts. When you increase your perception, becoming aware of the world around you, you provide you subconscious mind the power it requires to increase your clairvoyant sixth sense.
Yes, all of this involves a great deal of practice. Thankfully, there are a number of things you can do to improve your abilities of perception. Slowing down and sinking in your environment is one such thing. Staying relaxed and calm is another. Be more leisurely in your daily activities is another. 2. Meditate
Try to actively meditate for at least half an hour a day. With meditation, you clear your conscious mind and occupy it with simple things like a mantra, focus on your breath, etc. This clears your conscious mind so that you can access your subconscious mind directly. When you do this, you can communicate directly with your subconscious mind. Those who meditate regularly report that they feel much more relaxed and refreshed throughout their day.
Meditation is easier said, than done. You may find yourself caught up in an endless circle of thought. You may sit and try not to think when all you can think of is whether you are thinking as well as wondering if you are doing it right. In order to overcome this you need to occupy your conscious mind. You can do this with two things. You need a focus and a mantra.
When you meditate, your senses are distracted. You hear every sound going on, everything happening, and you are distracted. So instead of trying to ‘control’ your senses, simply distract THEM and keep them busy. To do this, you can stare to focus on a candle flame. The flickers can be mesmerizing but not so complicated that they are distracting. This keeps your mind occupied, too.

A mantra can be a favorite word, a song lyric, a prayer, anything — just as long as you know it by heart and can repeat it over and over and over again without a lot of thought. For example, many Catholics pray the rosary as they meditate. However, anything will work as long as you’re comfortable with it and you know it well enough that you can simply repeated over and over and over again.
3. Learn to Trust Your Instincts
This may be the most important thing you do when it comes to developing clairvoyant abilities. It’s normal to doubt and second-guess yourself and you get started with this, but learn not to doubt those gut feelings you always get. Instead, follow them and see what happens. Know that your hunches and instincts exist for some reason, and that your subconscious mind is probably trying to tell you something. It may be something your subconscious mind hasn’t noticed, but yet it’s still important.
Yes, these skills may be difficult at first but, over time, you will learn to listen to and trust your instincts. This will allow you to gain more confidence in them. The more your sixth sense grows stronger, the easier it is to trust it.
