1. Improve Your Perception
Most people go through life with a sort of tunnel vision, where they’re so focused on what they’re doing in front of them that they become oblivious to everything that’s going on around them. For example, you may sit down and try to think about nothing, but all of a sudden, you’re thinking about the fact that you can’t think about nothing. It is also not necessary to shut down the thoughts in our conscious mind. Instead, we can occupy our thoughts with a mantra. A mantra can be a phrase, saying, or song that we concentrate on. 3. Trust Your Instincts
This may be the most important thing you do when it comes to developing clairvoyant abilities. It’s normal to doubt and second-guess yourself and you get started with this, but learn not to doubt those gut feelings you always get. Instead, follow them and see what happens. Know that your hunches and instincts exist for some reason, and that your subconscious mind is probably trying to tell you something. It may be something your subconscious mind hasn’t noticed, but yet it’s still important.
At first, this is going to be a difficult habit to follow. However, as time goes on, the more you listen to and trust or instance, the more confidence you’ll get in this particular skill.
