Rather than letting them back in, clear your thoughts and open them to what the universe needs to tell you. Don’t force yourself to see things, rather allow the universe to show you. The universe understands what it is you need to see, and will therefore send you the right thing. Learn from what it tells you, even though it may be very difficult to understand at first.
When you learn to rely on your instincts and really believe what you see, the visions will become much better, and will give you a better understanding of what is occurring. You could also try yoga to explore the spiritual connection, and you can learn about the symbols and signs related to clairvoyance through books.
Later down the road while your powers develop, there are things that you can use to help yourself along such as tarot cards and palm readings. These will give you the ability to better decipher what it is you are seeing and hearing. You can also talk to other people who share the same abilities but are farther along. This way you can know how much potential you actually have, and how far it can go.
Individuals with these powers have been able to rid themselves of all forms of negative energy, thereby cleansing their bodies. If you wish to do something like that then there probably need to be some serious changes. You need to look at your home life, work life, and just about everything else you do, and if any of it gives off a bad vibe or feeling, you need to perform an aura cleansing.
